This is a 6 week course of lessons designed for the over 55 yoga beginners.
The course will take you through the beginning of your yoga journey, ensuring that you get the basics right so that you can go from strength to strength and follow many years of safe and healthy yoga practice.
We will teach you some classic yoga postures which will build your balance, strength and flexibility and will improve your overall well-being, building your practice and adding in more postures and stretches as each week goes by.
Each lesson lasts for 60 minutes and you are encouraged to ask questions during the lessons, as very often the question on your tongue is the one burning in everyone else’s mind too.
