At MMyoga we understand that it can sometimes be hard to take that first step into a yoga class. You think everyone else knows what they are doing and you don’t. Well there are lots of people thinking the same way, which is why we run 6 week courses and beginners workshops for the absolute beginners.
These give you the opportunity to try out some yoga poses in a ‘safe’ environment where everyone is starting from the same point, and you are encouraged to ask questions during the lessons, as very often the question on your tongue is the one burning in everyone else’s mind too.
