As September approaches and our thoughts turn from summer holidays to the drawing in of Autumn, it’s time to think about our new intentions and promises to ourselves.
Whether you want to get fit, lose weight, improve your strength and flexibility, or want to find new and better ways to relax, then MMyoga may have what you’re looking for. To kick off September we are running Beginners workshops, Relax and Restore workshops and Absolute Beginners yoga courses, alongside our usual weekly classes which anyone can drop in to.
Yoga provides a wealth of health benefits and is suitable for all ages and level of fitness.
